Q: Is each table one of a kind?

A: Yes. Every table is handcrafted from hand-selected Ambrosia Maple slabs chosen for their grain, beauty, and structural integrity. No two tables are ever the same.

Q: What are the dimensions and thickness of the table?

A: Our live edge tables feature a solid slab thickness of approximately 1.625"–1.75". Specific dimensions are listed on each product page, and custom sizing is available upon request.

Q: Are your tables made from solid wood?

A: Yes. Each table is built from solid hardwood slabs. We do not use veneers or mass-produced materials.

Q: What finish do you use?

A: We use a premium European conversion polish that is 100% food safe. It enhances the natural beauty of the wood while providing a durable, moisture-resistant surface.

Q: How long does it take to receive my table?

A: Orders are typically delivered within 35–42 days from the time of purchase.

Q: Is shipping included?

A: Yes. Shipping is included for all table sizes within the lower 48 states.

Q: How is the table delivered?

A: Each table is foam wrapped and blanket wrapped before leaving our shop. Our trusted local delivery team hand delivers and carries the table inside your home at no additional cost. We do not offer curbside delivery.

Q: Does the table require assembly?

A: Assembly is simple and straightforward. You will need a tape measure, pencil or sharpie, and a drill with drill bits.

Q: Can the delivery team assemble the table?

A: Yes. Full assembly is available for an additional charge.

Q: Can I request a custom size?

A: Yes. We offer custom sizing. Use the “Request for Custom Size Table” option and we will work with you to design the right fit for your space.

Q: What is your return policy?

A: Items may be returned within 5 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided they are in original, unused, unassembled, and undamaged condition.

Q: What if my table arrives damaged?

A: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will offer a replacement, repair, or full refund at no additional cost. Photos may be required.

Q: Are custom tables returnable?

A: No. Custom-made furniture, clearance items, and items that have been assembled, used, or damaged by the customer are non-returnable.

Q: Who pays for return shipping?

A: If the return is due to damage or defect, we cover shipping costs. For all other returns, return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility and will be deducted from the refund.
